About FlowState
FlowState is an operating company based in Phoenix. We work with owner-operators across the trades. Usually the person running the jobs is also the person meant to be doing the follow-up, and there aren't enough hours in the day for both.
When a call goes to voicemail in a busy week, that isn't bad luck. It happens on a schedule, and so does a quote going quiet. Failures you can predict are failures you can design out. That's the background we come from. Measure where it leaks, close the gap, then measure again.

Who We Are
FlowState isn't a call center or an agency juggling a hundred accounts. Every account has someone assigned to it who knows the shop, the trade, and what’s already been said to their customers.

Isaiah Wily is a serial entrepreneur, business owner, and technology builder with experience creating and operating businesses across multiple industries. His career has been shaped by an ability to recognize opportunities, solve real-world problems, and turn ideas into businesses and products that create value.
His experience spans entrepreneurship, real estate, sales, business development, and technology. Most recently, Isaiah created Deal Lens, a web-based application designed to bring technology and smarter decision-making into the deal evaluation process, combining his firsthand industry experience with his passion for building practical solutions.
Rather than following a traditional career path, Isaiah has built his experience through ownership, calculated risk, and execution. That perspective has given him a unique understanding of what it takes to take an idea from concept to reality, adapt when circumstances change, and continue building through both successes and setbacks.
At FlowState, Isaiah brings the mindset of an operator and entrepreneur: think bigger, move with purpose, solve meaningful problems, and build things that have the potential to make a lasting impact.

Stewart spent fifteen years running operations inside large healthcare organizations, and the same thing was true in every one of them. When something was broken it was almost never because people didn’t care. It was because the work fell in the gap between two people who were both already busy, and nobody owned it.
He’s a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, which comes down to one idea: build a process that does the same thing every time without depending on anyone remembering. He did it successfully in operations large enough to have a department for every problem and complex enough that work still slipped between them.
Small shops have the same gaps and none of the departments. He runs operations for a family-owned trade school, and that’s where the first versions of these systems got built. The missed call answered before the caller moved on. The inquiry that went cold followed up on schedule. The review asked for after every job instead of whenever somebody remembered.
FlowState is that, for shops that can’t hire someone to do it.

Why We Started It
It started on a call with the owner of a small shop. He ran everything himself, and it showed. Missed calls he never got back to. Quotes that went out and went quiet. Reviews he never asked for because there was never a good moment. He’d already paid other companies to help and every one of them handed him something else to manage.
He didn’t want another tool. He wanted it handled. That’s the whole company, and it’s still the test we hold every system to.
How We Work
There's no dashboard you have to check for any of this to work. Nothing to configure, nothing for the crew to learn.
When something breaks at nine at night, we're the ones who find out and fix it. You hear about it after it's handled.
We'd rather run six systems properly than ship software a thousand people never switch on.
Founding Clients
We're onboarding a small group of founding clients in each trade group. Coming in early gets you three things.
Held for as long as you stay, before rates rise as we grow.
You're not a ticket number — you help shape what gets built next.
Full done-for-you setup at no cost. We connect your data and launch.
Where We Work
We build density market by market rather than scattering one client across ten states. Referrals between owners, supply-house relationships, and steady year-round work all depend on having real presence in a metro. We're currently onboarding across Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and Utah.
Twenty minutes on your actual numbers. If we're not a fit we'll tell you on the call.
